How It Works
Senior Placement of Colorado focuses on personal service and finding the best fit for our clients. Families count on our support services through the entire transition process.
Your journey starts with a free listening session where we will meet one-on-one to discuss your needs.
Whether you’re in need of a short-term emergency move, respite stay, or a gradual longer-term transition plan, we will walk with you through the process of identifying the senior living community that is right for your family. You will receive expert care and assistance with paperwork, scheduling tours and assessments, medical notes, and every step of the placement process.
Once we’ve matched your needs with care options in your area, we will tour communities right along with you.
We will continue to provide support to your family as needed – even after the process is complete.
